Post Departure Export ?

The latest update I have on my package (LY146920793CN) says "Departure export customs" does this mean it has left customs, and is in transit? It has been well over a month.

My other package was finally delivered, but jut not to me, it seemed to be scam. To many scams going on.

My last tracking number was real, they just deliberately shipped it to a different address. That order was made two week before the other order, at least things are being shipped I guess

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY146920793CN was shipped from China on April 16.
The parcel was sent to Shenzhen airport on Apr 24. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. there might be some bad delay.

After parcel arrives USA, usps website will show arrival info.
