I’m getting different information from different sites. I hate to be impatient but where is my package right now? It’s been saying Departure Export Customs since Thursday and I don’t know what that means. My tracking number is LW578237502CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LW578237502CN was shipped from Shanghai to USA on Mar 13. It is still in Shanghai now.

Coronavirus has cancelled 80% airlines from china to USA. parcel will have about 2 to 6 weeks delay. you need wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show it is arrival information.
