I ordered the dentures on Oct. 2 and every time I try to track the
package, I'm not getting any answers. Please help.

JCZ1003009926DH is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called JC Express. JC express website shows it was just arrived in US. It will be delivered soon.
