According to the tracking page my order was delivered on September 5. I never received or signed for a package and no address for the delivery is given, but the Shopify app shows it near the Kansas-Oklahoma border in the United States, which is hundreds of miles away from the address given with the order.

Usps.com show LZ464223616CN was delivered in CHANNAHON, IL 60410. Are you in IL 60410 area?

If the same tracking number works with USPS I’ll try following up with the local courier
