Hello,
few weeks ago i sent a small delivery from Poland to China (track number CP287629115PL) and it didn't arrive until now.
Could you please, let me know, how long is it going to take yet? thank you in advance.

CP287629115PL arrived in Shenzhen on Sep 30. It is still held in customs because the recipient has not made customs clearance.

Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 app to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
