My item has been returned to China? Why it didnt stay at singapore post office if fail delivery attempt

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel failed delivery by Singapore Post on Nov 26. Singapore post returned the parcel to China and shipper received the return on Dec 2.

Singapore post website shows return reason as "Address is incomplete". Your seller did not print correct shipping address in the parcel.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
