Hello. I have ordered an item a few weeks ago) (LO181253005CN) ,. Today I checked the track China post website and all it says is that the Address was not available at time of delivery/Item being held, and also the addresse being notified. But the thing is that i have never received any notification or email or text message as they claim, about my order. So where should I adrress now to find my package??

Greece Post(ELTA) website shows LO181253005CN just arrived Post office in KALLITHEAS (KK) . it should be delivered very soon.

Please contact ELTA for delivery detail.
