good evening

Purchased one product from amazon.ae on 10/10/2019. They show me. your product will arrive on before 24/10/2019 this time now am tracked my product with this tracking number is EV767687744CN . It shows your product final delivery at EMS post. In this time my product not delivered. System show delivered!!!! Please give me positive reply.

this product origin shipment from china post

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV767687744CN shows your parcel was delivered by Saudi Post on Oct 21. You need contact Saudi Post for delivery detail.
