Hi, I'm Andrea. I'm from Colombia. Since april, I bought a coat by Instagram, But never I recibed it. Now, track the purchase and I see that it was returned to China. After four months, I need that you return my money.

You can open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/ebay to claim refund.
