I bought (with my credit card) a sweatshirt on HoodieBoss.com and they send it with your company.
On your tracking site it's mentionned that the delivering has failed. Can I now why and how can we fix this issue ?

La France website shows the parcel status as "LILLE REPUBLIQUE, Attend d'être retiré au guichet". You need contact your local post office and try to pickup the parcel.
