Post Delivered to wrong address

I ordered 4 tops from a website. They are coming in separately but they all have the same delivery address from when i checked out on the website. I received one top already and two more are on the way. But one top has been delivered to another state. And im just confused how 3 tops are going to the right address but one top is a whole other state when it had the same address. I just want my top

you seller should have printed wrong shipping address in the parcel. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
