Why has my package been sitting since December 9th with no movement?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB734090287CN shows the parcel is is waiting for the airlines space to USA, you can not see next update untill it arrives USA.

Ok thank u. I was wondering because the supplier informed me that it was in USA at New York airport.

your supplier is lying. The parcel has not arrived USA yet. If it arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival information.
