Hi,
My parcel was shipped at the end of May and it hasn't left Shangahi yet. I understand that COVID-19 is causing massive delays but I was wondering if you could give me an idea of how muchonger I will have to wait for my parcel.
The tracking number is: LZ110354717CN

LZ110354717CN has been handed over to airline on May.29 in Shanghai, I'd suggest wait patiently and watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows on average it takes about 47 days to arrive UK, but some package did take 123 days to arrive during Covid 19 pandemic. It is very difficult to predict when a specific parcel will arrive.
