I am supposed to be receiving a package between August 29th and September 5th, but tracking keeps telling me that it's being delayed at customs at the China Post. It's a couple of phone cases. What do I have to do in order to get my items? I have never experienced this problem before.

https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LR149852580CN shows the parcel was just shipped on Aug 14. You need to wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get your item.

Everything looks normal, no need to worry.

This has not been updated since the 15th of August, what is the new location?
