My tracking number is LZ280781445CN
My item was collected by China post on the 29th of August which was 22 days ago and had been sitting in the same spot the whole time
What is going on with my parcel and why is it taking so long to leave China
I actually find this very unprofessional that customers parcels sit there for that long with out moving
And the lack of contact options available is very unprofessional
Pls inform me of what is happening with my parcel asap

your parcel was sent to airline on Aug 31. After sent to airline, parcel status will freeze for about 2 to 4 weeks without changing status. Once parcel arrives Australia , you will see next updated status.

For example, LH721745471CN was sent to airline on Aug 14, its status did not change until it arrived Australia on Sep 3.
Another example is LH721433981CN, sent to airline on Jul 2nd, status freeze for one month and updated on Aug 3rd in Australia.

Your parcel is ok. no need worry.

I’m more concerned with the amount of time it’s taking to leave China I don’t see how it is possible to stay in the same location for weeks or months on end with out moving considering that your company is a major postal service you would think you would be more efficient
Pls advise with how much longer it will be to leave China as the postage I selected clearly states 7-14 days for delivery which has well and truly elapsed in time so pls reply with a exact time before it leaves China as my patience had run out
