Please can you inform me how long is the delay at China Post, at 11th February my parcel left Germany but there is no tracking information. In the parcel is milkpowder for a baby who needs this within a week, please can you look if the parcel can be delivered soon, tracking number DE915123527DE

Please can you inform me about parcel CY900336287DE to Jiangyin, there is no move in transit for seven days

DE915123527DE has no arrival record in china post database. I believe it is still in Germany now. caused by coronavirus outbreak, more than 80% airlines to China are cancelled. Parcels are extremely slow. You might need wait 2 to 3 more weeks.

If you urgently need this item, you can use DHL to ship the item. DHL has its own aircraft to China and much faster.
