Hi I have two packages shipped early March from China Post via ePacket and SAL. Tracking numbers are LS263571089CN, CP404865414CN. Should I contact China Post? I have one other question, which cheap shipping method is the most reliable: Sea freight or SAL? I have heard that sea freight is faster than SAL because there are so few planes.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS263571089CN shows your first parcel was sent to Guangzhou airport on Mar 11. It never left there for almost 3 months, your parcel has more than 60% chance to be lost. You need open dispute to seller or contact your credit card company to claim refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP404865414CN shows the parcel was shipped on Apr 29. It is still waiting for flight to USA.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
