Hi, it has been a month since I received an email that my order has been sent. It says it's "on route". If you could please confirm whereabout the package is, that would be great. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO873920117CN was shipped from Shanghai to Australia on Mar 12. It is still in Shanghai airport.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to Australia. parcel will have 2 to 3 weeks delay, please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Australia, AusPost website will show arrival data.
