I am in bologna in Italy and my package was delivered to Milan. How do I get it?

Poste Italiane website shows your parcel is in Milan post office.

Milan is the first station to make customs clearance of international parcels. Your parcel seems to have some customs clearance problem.

Please call Poste Italiane for delivery and customs clearance detail.
