Dear Customer Service,

Yesterday, I went to the package room to retrieve my order, but my package was not there.

I am requesting proof of delivery, including the delivery date, time, and a photo or any other evidence showing where the package was delivered.

I have been waiting for this order for a long time, and I expect your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

Please investigate this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible.
