Wieso kann mein Paket nicht zugestellt werden? Es ist eine Rücksendung. Ich habe alles ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllt. Ich bitte um Prüfung und Rückmeldung

CY736768350DE arrived in Guangzhou on Oct 22. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
