Hey, what is the current status of the delicery? No chan he in tracking details for a month now!

CY736519278DE arrived in Shenzhen on Oct 4. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
