Das Paket hat liegt mittlerweile seit 2 Wochen beim Zoll. Wann wird dieses dem Empfänger zugestellt?

CY736376821DE arrived in Ningbo on Sep 26. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
