Hallo,
ich habe am 29.8. ein Paket nach China aufgegeben.
Jetzt hängt das Paket lt. Sendungsverfolgungn schon zweieinhalb Wochen im Zollabfertigungsprozess für den Import im Zielland/Zielgebiet. Ist das normal? Oder warum braucht das lange.
Ich habe die Zollinhaltserkärung und alle erforderlichen Dokumente dem Paket beigelegt.

CY736096075DE arrived in China on Sep 8 and it is still held in customs because the recipient has not made customs clearance.

Please ask recipient to use 掌上报关APP to make customs clearance online asap. Otherwise the parcel can not be delivered.
