my parcel, reference number CY735889918DE, has not yet been delivered. Please could you let me know what the problem is and when I can expect delivery?

CY735889918DE arrived in Guangzhou on Aug 26 but the recipient has not made customs clearance.
China Post can not deliver the goods if the recipient does not make customs clearance.

Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make customs declaration asap.
