Can you please check why the status of the item is still „Item presented to import custom“
This Status is continue since 26/08/21
Please let me know if anything is missing.

CY735826881DE arrived in Ningbo on Aug 21 but the recipient has never made customs clearance. China Post can not make delivery if the recipient does not make customs clearance.

Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关APP to make customs clearance asap.
