The tracking number for the shipment is CY735691005DE .Could you please provide an update on why the package is currently being held? Please let me know if there are any missing documents, unpaid fees, or if there is anything else I can do from my side to help expedite the customs clearance process and move the shipment forward.Thank you very much for your time and assistance. CY735691005DE arrived in Ningbo on aug 11. But the parcel is still hold in customs because recipient has not made customs clearance.

The import customs clearance must be made by recipient because China government needs the recipient's id. You need push the recipient to make customs clearance asap otherwise the parcel can't be delivered.
