Can you please check why the status of the item is still „presented to foreign custom“

CY735573768DE arrived in Ningbo on Aug 6 but the recipient has never made customs clearance. China Post can not make delivery if the recipient does not make customs clearance.

Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关APP to make customs clearance asap.
