Hi,

since 07/28/2926 the status of the package didn't change - actual status shows "on route". Please check the status of the parcel and when it will be delivered.

CY735507070DE arrived in China on July 28 but the recipient has never made customs clearance. Normally such problem is caused by following reasons:
1)The shipper didn't write recipient's mobile phone number. therefore, China Post can not send customs clearance notification to recipient.
or
2)The recipient does not want to accept the parcel.
