Please let me know when the package will be delivered.

CY730684546DE arrived destination post office on Sep 4. The receiver has not made customs clearance. Did you write the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel? It seems that the recipient doesn't make customs clearance.

Please ask recipient call China Post Shenzhen customs broker 0755-26755971 to make customs clearance.

China Post does not reply any email. You need to ask recipient to call the customs broker in Chinese (They don't speak English).
