Hi,
My tracking number in the subject of this post shows that it left Germany on Feb. 25 2020 and probably arrived to Israel, but since then, (almost two months) I cannot find it nowhere in Israel post agencies.
How can I know what post agency in Israel this shipment was delivered to?
Is the tracking number changed inside Israel?
Is china post responsible also for delivering inside Israel?
Bottom line - How can I get my shipment? 🙁

CY524920381DE has nothing to do with China post. It is Germany Post parcel. Israel Post is the delivery agency of Germany Post parcel. You need contact Your local Israel post for delivery detail.

Normally parcel from Germany to Israel takes only 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel seems to be lost.
