Hallo,
meine Pakete liegen jetzt schon seit fast 3 Wochen bei der Zollabfertigung im Zielland (China).
Das kommt mir schon sehr komisch vor. Wie kann ich herausfinden, warum meine Pakete nicht an den Empfänger weitergeleitet werden.

CY36096075DE is wrong number, correct number has 13 digits.

CY360100296DE has correct 13 digits format, but it has no shipping record.

I read your other post and found correct number. Here is the reply:

CY736096075DE arrived in China on Sep 8 and it is still held in customs because the recipient has not made customs clearance.

Please ask recipient to use 掌上报关APP to make customs clearance online asap. Otherwise the parcel can not be delivered.
