Unfortunately there is no update on the status of my package delivery (tracking number CY293761395DE). Could you please let me know when the package is estimated to arrive and where it is now? Thank you very much in advance!

CY293761395DE arrived in Guangzhou on Sep 22. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
