Hello, could you please explain why my package has been stuck at customs for a month and has still not been delivered? Is there a problem with the shipment, or is any additional information or documentation required from me? I would appreciate an update on the current status and an estimated delivery date. Thank you.

CY293660159DE arrived in Ningbo on Sep 16. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
