My parcel is very long time in your customs. Can you tell me how long does it takes until the package is delivered to the company?

CY290033186DE arrived destination on Sep 23. But receiver has never made customs clearance. Please ask receiver to call China Post Hangzhou customs brokerage 0571-86896573/86896576 and they will guide him to make customs clearance.

Next time please remember to write recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel so that the recipient can receive an text code from China Post once the parcel arrives destination. He/she can use the code to make customs clearance online.

you need to print the phone number in shipping address when you ship the parcel. Now it is too late. Please ask recipient to call China Post hotline 11185 to make customs clearance. Hopefully now is not too late.

These are the adresse from the website they are selling worse products. With an office in netherlands .. and all the customer must send the articles back to china. But this is not really clear in the agreements. In our lands it looks like a criminal intension. Many customers a really unhappy. You can try ... try yourself and ask them via mail that you bought a product and you want to send it back because it is not good qualitiy.. you got a retoureadresse to china.. These difficult for us... and really expensive . And the money is gone....maybe.
So if this package goes to garbage, please can you send me a declaration of destruction on my mail [email protected]. de? Paypal will have such a paper.

I hope i got my money back.
