My Package is „Item presented to import Customs“ since 26th of June. Now we have two weeks later and still no update. Whats going on? When my Package is doing the next step? When it will be delivered?

CY289241986DE arrived in Jinhua(Yiwu) but receiver doesn't make customs clearance. Is it a return for refund? If yes, you need make sure the receiver really have the intension to accept the return. Many receivers don't make customs clearance because they want to get an excuse to reject refund.

What is if the Receiver doesn‘t make the costums clearance?

if receiver does not make customs clearance, the parcel will be returned to original shipper's country by ocean carrier.
