Hello.
My parcel CY286197285DE is stuck at Import Customs
since the 11th of november.
Can tell me more about it and why it take so long
to clear it?

CY286197285DE is waiting for receiver to make customs clearance. The delay normally is caused by following reasons:
1)Shipper forgot to write receiver's mobile phone number and China Post. can not send text message to receiver to make online customs clearance. If this is the case, receiver must call local China Post hotline 11185 for help. They will guide him to make customs clearance in person.

2)Receiver doesn't want to make customs clearance and accept the return. This often happens when the parcel is a return for refund. If this is your case, you need to report fraud to your marketplace (Paypal, Amazon, Aliexpress, TEMU etc) and force seller to refund you money.
