My article RC716631247SG been stuck in custom processing since 21 August.

Is it normal and what should I do?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RC716631247SG shows the parcel is in Chengdu customs waiting for import customs clearance. You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel from China Post head office in Chengdu. Some duty might to be paid.
