Hello,
when does my package with the tracking number #CR916298935DE arrive?
In the system it says that it did not move for 10 days.

CR916298935DE arrived in Shanghai on Sep 11. The parcel is held in customs because the seller has not made customs declaration.

You need ask recipietn to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs declaration otherwise the item can not be delivered.
