Dear Sir or Madam,

On July 4, I sent a parcel to China. Unfortunately, it has been held by customs for some time and is no longer being forwarded.

Could you please let me know what steps are required to ensure that the parcel reaches its final destination?

If delivery is no longer possible, I kindly request that the parcel be returned to me.

CR914531604DE arrived in Ningbo on July 15. It is still in Ningbo customs waiting for import customs clearance. The delay reason should be:
1)The shipper didn't write recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel, therefore the recipient can not get notification from China post to make customs clearance and accept delivery.
If this is the case, you need ask recipient to call china post hotline 11183 and they will guide him to make customs clearance and pickup the item in person.

2)The recipient does not want to accept the item. So he/she refuse to make customs clearance. If this is your case, china post can't do anything and the item will be returned to original shipper later by ocean ship.
