https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CR907145097DE shows the item was just given to China customs on Oct 25. Did you write recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel? If yes, the recipient should have received a passcode from China Post which allows him/her to make online customs clearance.

now is too late to provide mobile number to china post. You need to ask recipient to call China post.

China customs charge the duty on assessment based on their software, no need to send invoice. China Post does not reply any email.

The post office is refusing to deliver the carton to the recipient, even though it contains coffee samples and all the required information. Therefore, I need a phone number to file a complaint against the postal worker for the delivery delay, which is causing financial losses for my company.

The client informed me that the post office refused to deliver the samples due to the absence of an invoice. The reason given for not including an invoice was that the samples were free and sent for laboratory testing to ensure quality from the Chinese company.

It is strange. China Post normally doesn't need invoice to make assessment. Anyway, you can try to email an invoice to your client. Then he can bring the invoice to make customs clearance. Invoice value must be reasonable even if it is a sample. zero value is not acceptable.
