this package is in Shanghai since 10/04, but still not delivered.
Is there any problem?

CQ486111642DE is still hold in China Post Shanghai office. We believe the address in parcel is not correct. Please ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 to schedule delivery.

Is it a return parcel for refund?
