CP917589081PL arrived at Shenzhen customs on Aug 11. Receiver has never made customs clearance. Did you write receiver's mobile phone in the parcel? If not, the item will be very difficult to make customs clearance and delivery because China Post can not send text message to receiver. China Post needs the mobile number to send receiver a text code for import declaration.

I write phone number, but when i try call it's not working. The recipient's address is also incorrect in my opinion. I had to send the parcel to get a refund for the goods. If you have the opportunity to provide information to return the parcel due to the incorrect recipient's address. My complaint will be accepted faster. Your seller gave you a wrong address which can not recognized even by Chinese people. We believe the phone number is also fake.

Obvious seller does not want to get the parcel and give you the refund. He is playing a cheating game.
