Latest status: International shipment processed in the export parcel center
Is my package returned to the sender?
This package is very important to me. What should I do？

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP412627796CN shows the parcel arrived Germany on Sep 1st but failed delivery. Germany Post started to return this parcel to China on Sep 24. You need call Germany Post(DHL packet) to stop the return. If Germany Post can not stop the return the parcel will arrive China in about 2 to 4 months.

DHL told me that they can't stop the return and this package is in Frankfurt customs right now. They said I could contact the customs directly. Is it possible to pick it up if I contact the customs?
