Hi everybody, I bought this item from China, from tracking site it’s still waiting to be sent from Beijing airport what I understood from the translation of the tracking. It’s this correct ? Do some admin has more details ? CP403428721CN Do you know if the China air post it’s still working to Italy ? Do you know if the package travel directly to Italy or it takes more airplane to arrive ? Thank you In advance

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP403428721CN was sent to Beijing airport on Mar 15. That is the last information we have. I believe it is still in Beijing now.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service. It will not take directly flight to Italy. Actually the journey will transit through air, railway and sea. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives destination country .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
