I was in China a 3 months ago and from there at that time sent a package to the buyer on eBay. After that, I left China, and something happened with the parcel. Now I'm not in China and I'm not from China. The China Post track number: CP399118607CN.
The parcel must be delivered to Canada.
The buyer has not received the parcel and asks what is with it and when the parcel will be delivered.
What to do in such a situation?

CP399118607CN was rejected by China customs in Shanghai on Dec 13.Then the parcel was returned to shipper by China Post office in 邮政徐汇区漕河泾 on Dec 26. It will not go to Canada in future.

The post office phone number is +86-21-64831240. You can call that phone number for delivery detail.
