http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP398221510CN was sent to Shanghai airport on Apr 28. It is still in Shanghai airport .

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is an economical class service which has low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china to Australia. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.
