Where is my package? It has been at your post office since March 6, 2020 with no movement when I viewed the tracking number.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP395469090CN was shipped from Shanghai to USA on Mar 7.

Coronavirus outbreak has caused serious airline space shortage (80% airline to USA were cancelled). china post has not enough shipping space now.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This service has lowest priority to bid for airline space with EMS ,ePacket and airmail.

If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach destination country. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives destination country .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
