Hi, I did several purchases same day same country, all arrived exept this one: CP393082895CN (Shanghai, airline transportation since 2020-03-20 17:16), hasn't moved since then.
do I consider it as lost?.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php your parcel CP404695967CN was sent to USA from SHANGHAI on Mar 20. It is still in SHANGHAI airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china to Australia. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.
