Package was sent by seller on 25th october.
On 26th left china customs.
On 3rd november was put on plane.
Its been a month since last update.
Could you help me with locating my parcel?

Usually I receive parcels from this seller by month since seller post them. With exactly same shipping method.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP392381779CN shows the parcel was sent to airline(left China) on Nov 3. Parcel status will not update after it left China. So it will alway look as if it is still in China.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow and CHEAP parcel service. Normally it will arrive Europe in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Thanks, could you tell me if this parcel was affected by china post shipping delay that happened on mid-end of october? I mean if parcel already left China on 3rd november the time between leaving China and arriving to my country should be same as usually (as I said it usually took 3-4 weeks to arrive).
